We believe in the importance of protecting the privacy of children online. As such, we will take all reasonable steps to protect the privacy and safety of information relating to any child that you give us. You are required provide consent before we collect, use or process information from a child. The information you give us may include name, age, date of birth, country of birth, gender, photograph, passport, personal description, whether they are fully immunised in the UK and any vaccine records.

What procedures do we use to protect your privacy?
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. All communications will be encrypted using Secured Sockets Layer technology. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the App or our Site; any transmission is at your own risk. Access to information and keeping your information up to date
The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to payment of a small fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. If, for any reason, you are concerned that personal information held by us is not correct, please log in to the App to change your personal information.

What is a cookie?
